This hat is pre-owned. There are some marks on the velour but it is in good condition overall. Unfortunately there is no size marked. The measurements are close to another hat I got that is marked a size 7 and both came from the same person so I assume it is at least close to a size 7. I habe provided measurements to help with sizing. I am not sure exactly when this hat is from, but "The Leader" store in Lima, Ohio where it was sold was open from 1905-1972.
